Return Policy: Returns will be honored within seven days of being shipped. Each and every artist takes much pride in their work and as a team, we realize that we cannot afford to sell anything less than what is described to our fans. A full refund will be offered if an item does arrive damaged or not at all as described in the product description. You must return the item within 7 days of its original shipment date in order to receive a full refund. A partial refund or credit will be offered if the return is not handled or received by that date.

Some digital products have increased in price recently. It is still unclear whether a true internet tax will ever be enforced for non tangible items. For this reason it is difficult to offer a refund for something that isn't actually broken. However, if for whatever reason, your download does not meet your quality expectations or is vastly different from that of which is offered as a preview or sample of your purchase, please notify someone who can review or otherwise assist in the troubleshooting, replacement or worst case scenario, credit and/or refund for the purchase of the song/item in dispute.
